Moviemaking

Moviemaking is a tool which allows people to make movies with pictures and sound. In class we learned how to make an still photo imovie as well as a imovie with video.

This would work in the Evergreen Curriculum in grade five, with a subject of scince, and a topic of plant structure and function. You could get the students to take and make a iMovie with sound based on one or more plants and how they grow,as well as how they function. Adding all of this interesting information into a iMovie and adding sound to make it better.

I think students would benefit from this because they are allowed to be creative throughout this project by making the titles, colors, adding transistions and then addding music to the final product. By doing this project they are learning how to use technology today as well as being creative in putting everything together and making it flow.
